County Court Fees 2013

The following table shows the typical county court fees 2013 that are commonly used. You will note that the county court fees have been increased by 10% on 2011, and 151 local courts have been closed.

I have experienced reduced staffing levels in the court and as a result, they lose your documents, don't put them in the files for a hearing, and even lose your bundles of documents that you rely on and we wonder why the Judges become grumpy !!

My advice - take a spare set of documents with you to give to the Judge if need be.

Also, be aware, as a result of these closures, cases can be expected to take much longer to progress.
