You are here because you want Justice without handing a blank cheque for Solicitors Fees and Barristers Fees. I will evaluate your claim or defence in the small claims county court, or higher court Free Of Charge, then advise you in my opinion as to whether you are likely to fail or succeed. If you wish to proceed, I will then set out a course of action and if court litigation is required, then advise the cost of my fees and county court fees, before you engage my services for small claims or larger claims

                 I stress that county court litigation should be the last resort.

My foremost consideration is getting you justice in the small claims county court. I will not discuss fees until I have evaluated your case which is free of charge. I will not take on a claim or defence if there is no merit. I will not involve you in unnecessary costs, nor do I wish to tarnish my reputation. Neither do I "cherry pick" winners. I will take on cases, for example, to assist in damage limitation, but I will not take on small claims cases that are likely to fail but to go about the best solution to have them settled. I will give you legal advice freely

You need advice, advice, advice !!! I can give you that information but I also ask you to shop around for advice from solicitors, your local CAB or any other medium for advice.  

 So, Who Am I?

I have been involved in County Court Small Claims legal issues for many years and on the odd ocaission, Magistrates Court in criminal matters. I appear in court with clients to assist them in getting their justice. I personally prepare all legal papers. I do not employ staff. You have my personal attention in all your matters with legal advice.

I do not hold any legal qualifications or have any legal training. My knowledge has been amassed over years of experience over a wide range of issues and experience of appearing in county court in front of many different Judges in the small claims  county court. I also have a wealth of experience to tap on for small claims and large claims to give you that legal advice.

A fraction of the cost of a Solicitor. I will not bill you for every phone call, letter or email. I will give you a fixed quote fee. You should read my page on solicitors fees, how they bill you, and how they word contracts with you, which hands them a blank cheque. I am interested in getting you Justice.
