Small Claims has today obtained the following information:

The trial is now expected to take place in the first open window from 1st September 2012.

Small Claims have learned that Neris Taylor and Joanne Marston are both pregnant and both are expecting to give birth around October 2011.

The court has extended the date for the hearing to allow the women to get settled with their babies.

Could it be that both Neris and Joanne have both become pregnant in the belief that if they are both found guilty, they may avoid a custodial sentence?

The following defendants have all entered pleas of Not Guilty on 2 counts of Conspiracy to Defraud:

Michael Dean Taylor

Neris Taylor

Allun Killa

Chris Young

Joanne Marston

The hearing will be the start of a Criminal Trial.
